An hour through the canals after dark, when the waterfront homes are lit up for Christmas. Small boat, close to the water, and every seat has a view.

The canal residents decorate right down to their jetties, and the boat takes you close enough to see the detail rather than a glow from the bank. It is the shorter of the two White Pearl sailings and runs later, once the displays are at their best.

Checking in

Check in at the Blue Manna Boat Hire office 20 minutes before departure. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals.

Food and drink

BYO beer and wine, up to two drinks per person. No large eskies.

Cushioned seats under cover, with clears along the sides and the bow open to the water. There is a toilet aboard.
